Our shipping policy is based on "best efforts," meaning we strive to fulfill and ship your orders promptly. However, please understand that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment.
During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.
Local Pickup: Available for customers in the Casco area. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We use reputable carriers, but delivery may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier constraints.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
5. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, unexpected delays may occur.
If you still have not received your order after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@active-organics.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery via the carrier's website.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after they have been shipped. However, we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. Please contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date if you encounter any issues.
For damaged items, please email us at info@active-organics.com with photos of the damage and your order number within 3 days of receiving your order.
8. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping within Continental United States.
9. Changes to Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@active-organics.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is shipped.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be shipped back within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Conditions: Items must be in original and unused condition and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are issued according to the original method of payment, less the original shipping costs.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Exceptions: If the return is due to an error on their part, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs. Sale items are non-refundable.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
